Healing Diet

HEALING DIET for Maximized Living-

What we call pleasure, and rightly so is the absence of all pain -Cicero

Remember, digestion begins in the mouth, so chew food till it’s liquid in your mouth, then chew the liquid some more!

WHAT TO EAT:

Please Read Ingredients Carefully

Proteins- All are acceptable, Sprouted Nuts, Coconuts and Coconut Kefir are Excellent, Sprouted Beans

Vegetables- All except Potatoes and Corn, Best To Eat Cooked Vegetables at First

Grains & Seeds- Please Sprout Grains, Quinoa, Millet, Teff, Rice, Sorghum, Tapioca, Arrowroot, Buckwheat, Flaxseeds, Chia Seeds

Oils- Preferred Are: Coconut, Grapeseed, Olive, Flax

Flavor Enhancement- Fresh Herbs, Garlic, Onions, Lemons, Stevia,Vegetable Glycerine, Ginger, Braggs Liquid Amino Acids, Brewers Yeast, Salt, Peppercorns, Peppers, Most Pure Seasonings or Blends

Drinks- Spring Water, Kombucha, Some Teas, Green Drinks with Cellfood Drops, Coconut Water, Water with Fresh Lemon

ALGAE- Blue Green Algae, You can find other sources and combinations in green drink mixtures such as GREEN VIBRANCE

 

WHAT NOT TO EAT:

Anything That Turns To Sugar In The Body

Vinager

Potatoes

Corn

Peanuts

Gluten Grains- Wheat, Barley, Rye, avoid all Oatmeal due to phytic acid

Sugar or Artificial Sweeteners other than Stevia and Vegetable Glycerine

Dairy- The only exception is Organic Ghee

Coffee

Carbonated Drinks

Alcohol

Fruits- They can be reintroduced when healing is complete

I would prefer that no animal products be used due to the inhumanity of most processed, store bought garbage.

Some people will not give up their meat and it is not necessary to begin this diet so long as you refrain from the ‘What Not To Eat’ recommendations.

Free Range Meat, Cold Water Fish, Cage Free Eggs and Organic Ghee will not interfere with the Healing Diet in the sense that candida can still be inhibited and you will still lose weight if that’s your goal.

Just as Fruit should eventually be reintroduced, it is best to phase out animal products if you are consuming enough sprouted seeds and nuts, algae, coconuts along with healthy fats such as raw olives, avocados and coconut oil.
